Not able to login to the admin page by default IP address? Or Change to a new IP address and forget it? Can’t get an IP address? Here are ways to help you out.
1) Enter the correct IP address
Your device connects to the router or extender network by wifi or ethernet, open a web browser, and ensure you enter the correct IP address on the address bar; below is a list of the default IP address.
EZR13 WiFi extender = http://192.168.10.1
EZR33L / EZR34 outdoor router = http://192.168.30.1
EZR23 / EZR24 indoor router = http://192.168.20.1
2) Log in by static IP (configure the IP address manually).
If there are multiple DHCP server-enabled devices connected to each other, they might have a conflict with the IP address distribution. Please connect to the router or extender network to set up static IP, and click the corresponding model button to check the settings’ details.

EZR13 Example:
Computer IP: 192.168.10.111 (Inside the default DHCP range of 100~249)
Netmask: 255.255.255.0(also called 24 on Windows)
Gateway(Extender IP): 192.168.10.1
EZR33L / EZR34 Example:
Computer IP: 192.168.30.100 (Inside the default DHCP range of 100~249)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 (also called 24 on Windows)
Gateway (Router IP): 192.168.30.1
EZR23 / EZR24 Example:
Computer IP: 192.168.20.100 (Inside the default DHCP range of 100~254)
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 (also called 24 on Windows)
Gateway (Router IP): 192.168.20.1
3) Do a hard reset
You may have turned off DHCP so that you can’t get an IP address from your router or extender, and a reset can fix that.
There is a physical round Reset button between the DC socket and RJ45 PoE port.
1. When the router is power on, wait for a few minutes until the router successfully boots up, the System indicator stops flashing.
2. Press and keep pushed the Reset button for at least 5 seconds. The system indicator will start to flash rapidly.
3. Release the Reset button.
4. The router starts to reset the firmware, and the system indicator flashes while resetting.
5. Wait 3-5 minutes until the router completes the resetting progress and reboot.
Notice:
- Do not turn off the power or disconnect from the PoE adapter or power supply while resetting the router.
- Before disconnecting from the power source, make sure the router completes the resetting progress and successfully rebooted.
If the issue is still unresolved, send a screenshot of the IP address obtained by the phone or computer that is connected to the extender or router and explain how the current device connects to the router/extender to sales@outdoorrouter.com.
After logging EZR13 wifi extender, you can make these settings to avoid conflicts and optimize the connection.
