Collect System Log and Error Message

There will be an error log when some function goes wrong. The running log, including the error log, are saved in the “System Log”.

1) Web Interface

To collect the “System Log”, please log in to the router, then navigate to the “Status > System Log“.

Then copy the system log in the dark green background frame and paste it into a local file.

2) SSH Terminal

Log in to the router’s SSH terminal, use the below command to print out the system log.

Do not turn off the router when some function stopped working. The system log will be erased if reboot the router. Please use an alternative way, such as Wi-Fi or LAN Ethernet or TraversalCloud, to access the router to copy the system log.
