Our 4G routers have a load-balancing function supporting Mobile, WAN, and WiFi relays. You can choose their connection priority; the others act as backup connections.
The router default uses primary modem traffic as a priority; You can turn on the Load Balancing function to control the connection priority; follow the instructions below to set WAN traffic as primary.
1) Connect a phone or computer to the 4G router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, then log in to the router. The default router IP addresses are as below. The default password is root.
EZR23/EZR24 Indoor 4G Router
EZR33L/EZR34 Outdoor 4G Router
Change the connection order under “Policies: All,” as the shown.
wan_m > MOBILE_m > wwan_m
After that, the router will automatically switch to Mobile internet when WAN is offline.
